MyWins helps you keep a personal journal of your wins. This policy explains what we access, how your data is handled, and the choices you have. Questions? Email [email protected].

The short version

• We do not run a database of your entries. Your wins live in a Google Sheet inside your own Google Drive.
• We ask for the narrowest Google permission needed (drive.file) - access is limited to the single spreadsheet the app creates. We cannot see your other files.
• We do not sell your data, show ads, or use third-party tracking.

Signing in with Google

We use Google Sign-In. When you sign in, we receive basic profile information from your Google account - your name, email address, and profile picture - to identify your account and personalize the app. We never receive your Google password.

Your wins data

When you start using MyWins, the app creates one spreadsheet (named "MyWins") in your own Google Drive. Your wins, categories, and settings are stored in that spreadsheet. It is your database: it lives in your Google account, and you can open, edit, export, or delete it at any time.

We do not copy or store your wins on our own servers. The app reads and writes your spreadsheet only while you are using it, using the access token from your Google sign-in.

Google permissions and Limited Use

MyWins requests only these Google permissions:

• Basic profile and email (openid, email, profile) - to sign you in.
• See, edit, create, and delete only the specific Google Drive files you use with this app (drive.file) - limited to the single spreadsheet MyWins creates. We have no access to any of your other Drive files.

MyWins's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use this access solely to provide the app's features to you, and we do not transfer or use it for advertising, nor sell it.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies that are essential to the app:

• A session cookie to keep you signed in.
• Preference cookies to remember your settings (such as language, theme, and display options).

We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Hosting

The site is served through Cloudflare, which provides content delivery and security. Standard server and security logs (such as IP address and request metadata) may be processed to keep the service reliable and protected from abuse.

Data retention and deletion

Because your wins live in your own Google Sheet, you stay in control:

• To delete your data, delete the "MyWins" spreadsheet in your Google Drive. The app keeps nothing else.
• To revoke the app's access at any time, visit myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Children

MyWins is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above.
